First our highly qualified technician will pre-treat the area by mopping it with an alkaline based degreasing solution. They will then power scrub to agitate the grout lines and the tiles, releasing the dirt and contaminants. Next is the rinse and extraction to leave your tiles and grout sparkling clean. Note: If the grout in your tiled areas is loose or crumbling it will need to be re-grouted by a tiler before we can treat the area.

Grout re-colouring is a penetrating grout sealer that changes the colour of your grout. The colour bonds to the grout, permanently changing the grout to a colour of your choice, giving your room a great new look. This is also an excellent solution for grout with stains that can’t be removed.
1. Cleaning: The first step is to do a full tile and grout clean. 2. Acid Preparation: Next we prepare the surface by applying an acid solution. This is only used if staining is particularly bad. 3. Colour application: We apply the colour to the grout by hand. 4. Cleaning: A last light clean will remove any excess colour and add shine to your tiles making them look brand new.
Grout re-colour can completely alter the look of your room without the hassle and expense of re-grouting or re-tiling. The colour is permanent as the colour and sealant are absorbed by the grout. Cleaning in the future is made easier as only a neutral detergent is required to maintain the area. Once the grout is sealed it repels stains and contaminants.
