Roley's On The Ridge is a stunning character restaurant located in the picturesque town of Roleystone, Western Australia. Only minutes away from the world class Araluen Botanical Gardens and Golf Course is this rustic Australian building. Roley's is based on authentic Australian materials such as recycled jarrah, rusty corrugated tin and enormous Woolamalloo wharfing beams.
Head chef/owner Bradley Richards presents a style of cuisine that is a unique multicultural blend of traditional and typical fare, with a twist! Bradley, a former chef at commendatory establishments such as Lake Karrinyup Country Club and Millbrook Winery, channels his expertise into a tempting menu.
