West Star Logistics specialises in the transport of freezer/chiller and general goods to the North West of Western Australia. We offer a friendly and caring service for all of our customers, both big and small. We have a refrigerated truck for deliveries in the Karratha area as well as Tautliner and flat top trucks with forklift, available to deliver larger items.

West Star Logistics is Main Roads accredited and is HACCP certified. All our equipment is regularly serviced and maintained to strict standards.

  • How often to your trucks depart for Karratha?

    We depart Perth three times per week being Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

  • Are you able to pick up my freight from Perth?

    Yes, we are able to pick up general freight from Perth metro however, we do not have the facilities to pick up the ​freezer and/or chiller goods.

  • If I​ have goods on the truck, how soon before they will be delivered?

    On most occasions, delivery for freezer/chiller goods will take place on the afternoon of the day after departure, i.e. Monday departure for Tuesday afternoon delivery. For general goods, ​this will be the next day, i.e. Monday departure for Wednesday delivery.

  • Am I able to pick up my goods?

    Yes, you are able to pick up your goods. This will need to be arranged by contacting the nearest branch.

  • Are you able to transport my boat/car/caravan?

    Yes. West Star Logistics are capable of transporting cars, boats and caravans as well as motorbikes and trailers.

  • Can you help me move house?

    No. We can move some items in small groups but do not have the necessary equipment to move furniture/household goods in bulk.

  • Am I able to pay COD?

    Yes, we do accept COD payments.
