Our salon is leading the way for natural and organic products in Toowoomba. Our aim is to provide a range of services and to be able to be more environmentally friendly as well as conscious of the health of our clients as well as our own.
We have introduced Everescents Certified Organic hair care, Chi Ammonia Free Hair colour and we use natural cleaning products within our salon where possible. I have personally researched and tested these product ranges and use them myself.
We pride ourselves in our training and thirst for knowledge as well as our customer service. Education and training are paramount for the team of Urban Hi-Lights so as to maintain an excellent standard of both technical and product support knowledge and to keep our loyal clients at the forefront of fashion.
We strive to provide the best customer service possible which is why we have designed training for our staff on new techniques, salon procedures, detailed information on our products and customer service. We are constantly improving ourselves to improve our salon.We have been working hard to create a great business family.
