We have a call out fee - which includes 30 minutes of labour, NOT just a fee to attend. We charge an hourly rate for time on site - charges are in 15 minute increments. For Commercial clients we will waive the call out fee when they become and ongoing client.
We can take a booking time that suits you, or in an emergency we will have our plumbers to you within 4 hours - maximum.
Yes, Plumbers Queensland offer an after hours service. This service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year - Even Christmas Day! Call our after hours plumber on 0407 787 420 (higher charge rates do apply).

Plumbers Queensland offers many local people employment. We generally have a minimum of four apprentices employed - Our aim is to always have a first year, second year, third year and fourth year apprentice at any given time.
Plumbers Queensland will prepare a quote for you, if it is not a general plumbing maintenance issue. Our quotes are not given over the phone, we will send a plumber to your property to view the site, the plumbing issue and they will prepare a take off of materials and equipment required for your plumbing job. The quote will be prepared in our office and emailed or posted to the client in a timely manner. Once you approve the quote, we will book a time for the works to be carried out.
Yes! All of the staff employed by Plumbers Queensland are fully licensed. All of our field staff hold White Cards (Safety), Blue Card (Working with Children) our staff also have current National Police Checks (Requirement for Aged Care Facilities), and a Plumbers and Drainers Licences. We also have staff who hold additional licences and qualifications, such as: Gas Licences, TMV, Backflow, Solar hot water, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, QBC Licence.
Yes, Plumbers Queensland employ plumbers who have endorsed licences such as Backflow, TMV and Solar. If you require a Backflow or TMV to be installed or serviced, contact Plumbers Queensland.
