Servicing the Western Suburbs and Ipswich, I specialise in all plumbing and gas maintenance. No job is too small, from a dripping tap to a gas leak.
Plumbing maintenance includes: washing machine & dishwasher installs / toilets running / taps & flick mixers dripping / tap washers / pipes leaking / hot water replacement & repair / back flow certificates for council etc.
Gas maintenance includes: gas leaks / gas compliance certificates / LPG gas bottle install / cooker & cook top install / appliance gas conversions.
I offer a genuine 10% discount for pensioners. Landlords & letting agencies are an important part of my workload. I know that when dealing with a rental property it is crucial to keep the landlord or agency informed from the start. I always keep them informed with what the job involves & approximate cost before I start work. I can take credit card payment over the phone on completion & email the invoice and Visa, Mastercard or EFTPOS receipt to them. I also carry out water efficiency audits.
