My hot water is only warm or totally cold. What is the problem?
If your hot water unit runs on gas, it is likely the pilot flame has gone out which may have been caused by strong winds or another internal fault. If you are unable to re-light your hot water unit easily, you will need to call us to have your hot water unit repaired and serviced. If your hot water unit is leaking, your relief/overflow valve may need replacement, or worst case is the hot water cylinder or heat exchanger leaking and the hot water unit may need to be replaced.
