The AvantiPlus network of retail stores benefits from your support and they in turn can provide you with additional services. They can provide expert help with product and technical enquiries, product servicing and in the case of a bike purchase, they are the pick up destination for your new bicycle.

Your credit card will be charged on the completion of your order being placed. Your order is shipped on that day or the next business day for orders placed on weekends.
Once an order has been confirmed it is final and cannot be changed. Any additions would need to be processed as another order.

Yes we can ship to P.O.Box addresses. A signature is required for security and proof of delivery.
All parts and accessory orders placed on-line are shipped directly to the customer. Any bike orders placed are to be picked up from your preferred Avantiplus retail store location. It is important that you take a copy of your receipt and personal ID when picking up your bike purchase.
