Serendipity Hair By Tanya is a progressive, upbeat hair salon in the southern suburb of Unanderra, just minutes from Wollongong CBD. How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?

We can generally fit you in within a week but some times of year are very busy and we advise booking well ahead if you are preparing for a specific date such as a wedding.
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

We do not charge a cancellation fee but would appreciate as much notice as possible should you need to cancel your appointment. You can then reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.
How accessible is the salon?

There is ample parking at the rear and the salon is no more than a few metres away. There are no steps to negotiate making access easy even for those with limited mobility. The shop is located in arcade between the newsagent and IMB on the Princess Highway.
