About Vic's Maxi Transport

We are a bus charter and tourist service, accredited with the NSW Transport, so abiding to a high standard of service and safety.
Prior to becoming a charter bus service, Vic had been an accredited taxi operator since 1988. Whether you need a bus charter for a small family group or require a larger bus for a special outing; we can provide whatever you need for an affordable price.
Directors
Vic's Maxi Transport is a family owned business. Vic, as the principal, has had over 20 years of professional driving experience as a passenger vehicle operator and has extensive knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan area. Vic & Cathy have also travelled extensively throughout Australia. They have a sound knowledge of holiday destinations and the places that may be of interest.
Type Of Service Provided
We provide service to group bookings or individuals for clients in the Penrith & surrounding areas. Outings may include; cruise ship or airport transfers, race day transport, wedding, theatre or dinner groups. Day trip can be arranged (For example Hunter Valley wine tours).
We also provide transport to school children for school transport as well as for sporting or excursions.
We have wheelchair accessible vehicles in our fleet, and have provided transport for appointment and other outing.
Fleet
Our fleet consists of 5 Toyota Commuter buses, 1 Toyota Coaster and 2 Mitsubishi Rosa's. They are comfortable to ensure an enjoyable journey, whether it's across town or an extended trip. The comfort and safety of our passengers is our main priority & all of our buses are seatbelt equipped for your safety and air conditioned to ensure you are always comfortable. The wheelchair accessible buses are fully engineered, and provide a safe way to travel for a wheelchair bound client.

What size buses do you have?
We have 10-11 seater, a 12 seater, 13 seater, 21 seater, and 24 seater buses. The price depends on the number of passengers and the size bus that you will require.

How do I make a booking?
Once we have provided you with a quote, to book; you can call the office, or you can send us an email. We will require the information Like the name of the person booking, time of pick up and return time, pickup addresses and destination address & phone number.

How do I make payment?
We will require a deposit of $100.00 to secure the booking. The balance is payable before travel. Payment can be made by EFT, adding the booking name and reference number, credit card over the phone, cheque or cash. If the balance is to be paid by credit card or EFT, it needs to be paid by the last business day before travel. Credit card payment can only be processed through the office. We don't have mobile credit card facilities in the buses.

Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, you can make changes to your bookings provided the bus is available at the changed time. If you are changing the bus size, it will depend upon availability.

Can I change the destination address and will it change to price?
This depends on the distance from the original destination. Quotes are based on the information that is provided. So changing destination or pickup points or the number of pickup & drop off points may alter the price.

Yes, our buses are fully air-conditioned.

Yes, we do have seat belts in our buses.

Do you provide baby seats or booster seats?
No we don’t provide baby seats or booster seats, but we provide the fittings if you like to use your own.
