Macarthur Antenna Service was established in 1993 and we pride ourselves on Australian made quality antennas and skill of trade. We ensure the job is done right the first time. The Antenna must be appropriate to the area/location in relation to the distance to the transmission towers in your city. Particularly the size of the antenna or the number of elements/bars as well the frequency range (UHF, VHF).

We use the latest electronic test equipment to properly diagnose your reception problems during repairs & installations.

What areas do you service?

I specialise in the Macathur area and the surrounding districts such as Camden, Narellan, Campbelltown and Picton.
Which antenna is right for me?

Factors include surrounding landscape including hills, heavy foliage and buildings which could compromise reception. Choosing the correct transmission tower for your area. The closest may not be the best. Also the choice of antenna is crucial in maximising antenna reception.
My TV antenna is very difficult to access. ls that a problem?

It does not matter where your TV antenna is located our trained antenna installations team have experience in even the most difficult situations.
Can you change me over to Digital TV?

Our Antenna installers are all "Australian Government Endorsed". This means that they have been assessed to show that they fully understand the best solutions for Digital TV and more importantly, have the correct equipment. lf you are ready to take advantage of the Digital TV Network, we can help you with a Digital TV antenna, Cabling, Outlets, Digital Set Top Boxes and tuning of your TV.
What about Analogue TV?

To help with the changeover, the Australian Government has kept both networks going, but will slowly phase out the Analogue Network. This will help free up the airspace for other uses as well as reduce the cost of running 2 Networks. The Brisbane region is scheduled to be switched over on June 30th 2013.
So what are the benefits of Digital TV?

The key benefits of Digital TV reception are: High picture and sound quality (better than analogue), allow for widescreen, more channels & digital radio.
