Our normal business hours are between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:30 pm, 7 days a week. Prices during our normal business hours are the same no matter what day of the week we complete the work. Any work carried outside of these times, or on public holidays may be charged at an after hours rate.

Yes, our call centre is manned 24/7 which means you can call us any time of day. If you call out of business hours, our customer service representatives will try to determine the urgency of your request and will allocate your work accordingly. Where a technician is not immediately available to attend to your property, then your booking will be made for the next available day.
