How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
We pride ourselves in getting you in the door (and out of pain) as soon as possible. We can often get you in on the day and always within 24hours.

Will I be treated on my first appointment?
For the vast majority of cases we treat patients on their first visit. Occasionally some form of imaging (e.g. X-rays) is required before it is safe to begin treatment. We understand you want to be free of pain as soon as possible and we are often able to get you back into the clinic on the same day.

What should I wear?
Loose fitting clothing is preferable. We have gowns to change into if you have come from work or sporting activities.

How long are your consultations?
A new patient consult ranges from 40 mins to 1hr and a regular repeat consult ranges from 20-30mins.

What are your opening hours?
We are open daily 9am to 7pm and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. If you have an emergency please leave a message on our answering machine as we check it regularly.

How do I claim through my health insurance?
Easy! We offer on-site claiming. Just bring your private health insurance card along and you will only have to pay the difference.

What if i don't like the crack?
No problems! Just let us know. Modern day chiropractors are trained in many treatment therapies and treatment can be modified. Remember we aim to deliver safe and effective treatments that you are comfortable with.

What is your cancellation and late policy?
If you need to cancel please give us 12 hours' notice. Our practitioners are busy and there is often people waiting for appointments to become available. If you are running late please call so we can determine if you will need to reschedule, we don't cut appointments short.

Do I need a referral?
No referrals are required. If you have come from your GP or specialist please bring any scans (x-rays, MRI, CT, ultrasound) with you. This aid in getting an accurate diagnosis.
